1. press start button
2.go to run and type "gpedit.msc" excluding the quotation marks
3.select the drop down, that would be the "+" sign, of administrative templates
4.select the folder "System", not the drop down, by pressing the the name of the folder
5.you will find a list of settings and there you will find the "turn off autoplay" setting
6.double click on this and enable the setting for all drives
